Co-founder and principal of Franklin Madison, LLC, established in 2002. Chief Financial Officer of Dime Bancorp. Inc, 1997-2002. Executive Vice President, Senior Financial Officer and Executive Management Committee member at First Union, First Fidelity, Bank of New York and Irving Trust.

Michael A. Gallagher, Principal

Co-founder and principal of Franklin Madison, LLC established in 2002. Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Dime Savings Bank from 2000-2002. He has also served as Executive Management Committee member at Citibank, First Union, First Fidelity and in senior executive positions at Chase. He is a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.

D. James Daras, Principal

Chairman and CEO Fenwick Capital, LLC and Loan Servicing Solutions, LLC 2007-2008. Partner of the private equity firm Inter-Atlantic, LP and Managing Partner of its financial services hedge fund 2004-2007. Special advisor to hedge funds Western Investments and Demeter Asset Management 2003-2004. Mr. Daras' previous positions include EVP and Treasurer of Dime Bancorp where he managed over $20 Billion of the Bank's loan and securities portfolios including its early 90's distressed residential loan portfolio 1990-2002, Chief Financial Officer of Cenlar Capital Corp 1985-1990 and Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank 1975-1985.

William A. Padula,Jr, Managing Director

Mr Padula is an Engagement Manager at Franklin Madison,LLC. Previously he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rabobank International. He has also been in Senior Operations ,IT, and Product Management Roles at Standard- Chartered Bank, First Fidelity Bank, and Chase Manhattan Corporation, all with extensive international responsibilities. Mr. Padula has also been a Director of Rabobank, N.A. and Rabo Agrifinance. He has extensive experience in all aspects of bank operations, IT and Administration; with an expertise in creating synergy between operating areas and marketing and product groups to maximize service,innovation, and revenue.
